The Disclosure and Barring Service helps employers make safer recruitment decisions each year by processing and issuing DBS checks for England, Wales, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man. DBS also maintains the adults’ and children’s Barred Lists and makes considered decisions as to whether an individual should be included on one or both of these lists and barred from engaging in regulated activity.
Our services can include:
- Standard DBS Check: Contains details of all spent and unspent convictions, cautions, reprimands and final warnings (except for protected convictions and cautions) held on central police records.
- Enhanced DBS Check: Will contain the same as the standard check plus any other information held on local police records that is reasonably considered relevant to the job in question.
- Enhanced DBS with List Check: Contains the same as an Enhanced DBS check, but it will also include a check of the DBS children and adults barred lists – a list of individuals who are barred from working with children or vulnerable adults. This level of check will only be required for certain job roles.
HR Caddy can provide HR software to help with the administration of your workforce. We are not software developers so designing a HR system was not an option, therefore we spent a lot of time to find a partner who understands the tasks an SME needs to undertake for the simplest of tasks. Booking holidays, reporting sickness, updating personal details can be a laborious task for managers. We can provide software which is not only safe, secure and GDPR compliant but reduces administration processes. Please contact us for a free trial.
HR Caddy can provide Payroll services through our partners. Payroll outsourcing can reduce the costs and risks associated with payroll, increase efficiency and ensure your organisation can access the latest payroll solutions without the outlay for expensive software.
You will have the need to engage Occupational Health services. This may include referring an individual employee for assessment or undertaking health surveillance for your workforce. Whatever your requirements we can provide these services through our partners SAOH Ltd. SAOH have over 25 years’ experience providing Occupational Health services and work closely with HR Caddy to ensure our clients can access a complete service when the need arises. SAOH provide bespoke Occupational Health services to small and medium sized businesses that do not require permanent full time Occupational Health employees.
