Building on this experience Nicola is able to offer hands on operational support with all people management issues in addition to providing strategic direction at board level.

Vanessa Hill has a strong background in mentoring, recruitment, sales management and a proven track record in coaching successful teams to deliver results. In addition she has worked with many small to medium organisations providing first class guidance on their HR issues.
