HR Caddy is a Birmingham based HR Consultancy Service which has been established since 2006 and offers a wide variety of services to our clients.
HR Caddy was established to ensure that companies could access a no-nonsense approach to HR. We understand the problems that organisations have with the red tape and legislation associated with employing staff. So we created a company that would enable businesses to focus on what they do best while feeling confident to leave us to concentrate on your HR matters.

Nicola Callaghan FCIPD – Managing Director
Nicola is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD). Nicola has worked within Human Resource management for over 15 years and has gained a broad wealth of experience across a variety of sectors. Nicola provides senior level advice and support and is renowned for her ability to offer clear business focused advice and guidance even in the most complex of cases or projects.
Martin Callaghan – Operations Director
Martin has worked within the telecoms industry for over 15 years and joined HR Caddy in 2011. Martin’s experience of complex project management and customer account management has enabled him to build strong relationships with our customers while being able to offer operational HR advice.
Sarah Hill MCIPD – Senior HR Manager
Sarah is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, she has 15 years experience as a HR generalist having significant experience in a advisory and management capacity both in private and public sectors, holding the position of HR Manager for large retail Plc’s and public sector organisations. Having gained experience in both public and private sectors, Sarah can diversify in different sector environments.
Louise Long – Senior HR Manager
Louise has 8 years experience of diverse human resources and management experience that spans start-ups and established organisations. She has extensive hands-on experience of leading HR initiatives including policy design, performance management, recruitment, training and development, redundancy programmes and conflict resolution.
Her career has included management positions with small, mid-sized and large companies in various industries including financial services and environmental management. And in her most recent position Louise successfully delivered a customer focused HR service to a diverse range of employees, developing effective relationships at all levels within the business.
With an acute commercial awareness and an adaptable approach Louise has the ability to effectively work with clients to determine their requirements and deliver people solutions that are aligned to business priorities.
